Raquel "Rocky" Horsford is the owner and creator of her Afro-Caribbean influenced dance fitness brand ROCKYOURBEST, she hails from the east coast (NJ & NY) rooted from St.Kitts, professional fitness dancer/actor/choreographer/fitness pro and alumnus from Rutgers University's Mason Gross School of the Arts. Rocky's choreography and teaching approach is as unique and eclectic as her training and performance resume. Rocky's extensive performance resume credits includes:

Off-Broadway Stomp/NYC & Tours, Beyonce, Rihanna, Wyclef Jean, Lenny Kravitz, Shania Twain, Wayne Brady to name a few. Outside of her performance endeavors she has also appeared in many fitness videos with other brands like PopSugar, Beach Body, Jillian Michaels, Lisa Wheeler, Leslie Sansone's Walk@home and featured lead trainer for the health and lifestyle brand Re-spin by Halle Berry.
