No. Winery Mas does not offer refunds. Costumes are ordered and made to your measurements provided; therefore we do not allow refunds.
Yes. All the additional options are already displayed on our website. We do not create additional custom orders in-house. If you need a custom accessory made we can connect you with one of the carnival designers that we have partnered with. You will have to directly coordinate with that designer. Winery Mas does not facilitate costume transfers. Please ensure you receive a letter from the original costume owner authorising you to collect on their behalf. This letter must be accompanied by a copy of the original owner’s ID. Alternatively the original owner can send an authorisation email to contact@winerymas.com from the email address used when purchasing their costume.
Yes, you will only be given a costume when you provide an ID of the owner as named in our system during registration/purchase online.
Yes. You must provide the person collecting with a signed letter authorising them to collect the costume on your behalf. The letter must be accompanied by a copy of your ID. Alternatively you can send an authorisation email to contact@winerymas.com from the email address used when you purchased your costume.

The costume distribution schedule will be emailed to all masqueraders, posted on our website and social media platforms. The final date of costume distribution will also be provided, after which all uncollected costumes are no longer available.
PLEASE NOTE: During carnival your costume is not complete without your wristbands; masqueraders not wearing full costume of the section registered in and their wristbands will be removed from the band.
Winery Mas only allows paying masqueraders to jump in the band. Non-masqueraders may observe from the side-lines outside the band, however they will not be allowed to participate.

The starting point cross-streets will be provided to all masqueraders via email before the carnival.
“Crashing” bands is prohibited by the Hollywood Carnival, therefore, do not “crash” or “join” other bands on the road. Please respect the security rope barricades that surround each of the bands and stay out of the other bands. The restricted access to other bands is created so that their masqueraders and paying participants can enjoy the experience and amenities provided by the bands. Our goal as a carnival community is to provide an amazing and authentic experience for everyone to enjoy during the Hollywood Carnival.
