Please be sure that you or the purchaser of the ticket(s) has a valid ID with the name that matches the online purchase.
When you purchase the ticket online you will receive an email with confirming your order. Please keep track of it in case you need it. The Festival Pass ticket(s) will be emailed to you before the first event.
* Refunds are NOT permitted for these special discounted tickets. In the rare case that an exception is made permitting a refund, the refund will incur a $8 processing fee.
